- Use of Superior Materials and supply of R/M by domestic manufacturers. Discussion with domestic manufacturers and implementation
- Raw Material Price parity vis a vis global suppliers. Regular updates.
- Analysis of Indian & global Welding Market, inferences for domestic welding manufacturers. Eg technology, processes, best practices, etc.
- Localization of imported Materials. Drive with domestic manufacturers
- Approvals requirements and frequencies. eg I B R. can we ease it?
- MRP Issue
- Net Working with other industries dependant on welding products. Understand future requirements & issues. Take up with GOI through CII
- Increase suppliers of Steel Wire rods for various grades
- Improving Steel Strips supply. Quality / price
- Call Eminent faculty related to welding and other related Industries for discussions in meetings
- Drive the memberships of association
- Write/ collect articles on imp issues and circulate to members
- Any other issue relevant to welding industry from time to time
- Administration of associations activities, routine jobs. Guide the persons involved
- Drive R&D activities for welding products in India
