Participation in delegation to CII Mission on Technology, Innovation and Industry 4.0 - 15 to 19 October 2018, Germany and Austria

Dear AWPM members,

 
Forwarding herewith the mail communication from CII, who has organised the Mission to Germany and Austria, from 15 October - 19 October 2018, with focus on collaboration between countries in the areas of Technology, Innovation and Industry 4.0 . As a part of this initiative, Indian delegation will visit leading engineering and technology companies, robotics and automation companies, training, research and skilling facilities during this period. The Delegation would be travelling to Nuremberg and Amberg in Germany, and to Linz and Wels in Austria.The delegation will get an opportunity to learn from one of best technology and innovation ecosystems in the world. 
 
Following are the main objectives of above initiative  
 

Objectives :

 

  • Facilitating business linkages between companies in India, Germany and Austria
  • Highlighting partnership opportunities for technology

transfer/infusion/upgradation, joint ventures, co–manufacturing, etc.

  • Learn about the market trends in these countries and identify market expansion opportunities
  • Create networking opportunities between companies in India, Germany and Austria

  • The visits will start on 15 October 2018 (morning) in Nuremberg, Germany. Members are requested to be present at Nuremberg by early evening of 14 October 2018 at least.

 

  • The delegation will leave for Mumbai from Salzburg, Austria via Frankfurt, Germany on morning of 20 October 2018.

 

  • The delegates are requested to attend all business engagements as scheduled. The Programme will be shared with you closer to the visit

 

  • The dress code is formal, unless mentioned otherwise.

Meeting with CMD of IREL regarding issue of supply of Rutile to Welding Product Manufacturers is resheduled on 12th Sept'2018 at 2.00pm in their H.O. Mumbai. We want to make representation to CMD with atleast 5-6 AWPM members. Therefore we request AWPM member particularily from mumbai or western part of India to join the team of AWPM. Your earliest confirmation will help us to MAKE EFFECTIVE REPRESENTATION with CMD of IREL.
